I purchased several Sierra kits many months ago from David. I just got around to using the kits and reached out to ask about a problem I was having.
I sent David an email at noon EST time on Thursday. Knowing it was off hours from Australia, I expected a day or so back and forth before resolution.
36 hours later I have received a phone call, two emails, an offer to replace kits, and an education on how to rectify a simple issue that someone with more experience than I would have already known.
That ladies and gentlemen is caring about your customer.
