I continue to be amazed at the great service from Timberbits in Australia. I ordered several dozen assorted kits on April 15 -- they arrived Friday, May 10. That's 20 business days, or three weeks (about a week or ten days longer than to order from the USA or Canada). BTW, that was by mail -- not courier.
The order was large enough that the shipping was free.
David included a pen-part broken by a client on a pen sold about ten months ago. I offered to pay for it, but he threw it in at no charge.
My favourite Timberbits story -- a couple of years ago, I had a question about one of their products and sent a note. A few minutes later, the phone rang. It was David calling Canada from Australia to have a chat and pass along the info.
Highly recommended....!
