I have to give Timberbits a huge CHEER!!! I actually spoke to David on the phone to get some more info about the pen kits, and he offered up so much more!!! He was super helpful with the shipping questions I had as well as some general questions about the kits. He also gave me some excellent advice for turning and even some selling tips!
If that wasn't enough, I got my shipment (free shipping) on my doorstep 3 days later! That is unheard of, and I have only had that quick of a response from Amazon. Plus I got a free hat.
Timberbits is an amazing company that knows how to put the customer first. If only every company was that customer oriented! Thanks again for all your help David, I really appreciate it.
