Bad news, the Box Elder Tree fell over onto the property from the washway just below the pump station. It could be good news if it's got some flaming wood inside it. (a.k.a. very pretty bowls.)

Sorry to hear about losing a tree that would be decades old. However, there might be flame box elder which is my wife's favorite wood.
