Thuya Burl for sale or trade

I recently came across a nice stash of thuya burl and have cut my first batch of pen blanks from it.

The blanks are all a bit over 5 inches long, and a bit over 7/8s wide.

The first picture shows an 8 inch square for reference.

The second picture shows one blank, wiped down with mineral spirits so that you can get a sense of what these would look like finished.

I'm looking to get 8$ each (7$ if you buy 5 or more) or better yet, I'd be pleased to trade for pen kits so if that interests you let me know what you have.

For anyone considering these blanks the minimum cost for shipping to the US is 10.35 for further reference a box of 12 just cost 12.95

Hi Mike; Would you be interested in trading for this piece of Black Walnut Crotch?

It measures 6" X 8" @ over an 1" th. rough cut! I've wet it to show the crotch figure.
