So I am still working on my threading and would like a little more advise please. In your opinion are finer threads better to work with in the plastics rather than course??? When I was having trouble in another thread I started ; I was using a courser tap and die. When I finally got the better of it I was using a finer thread. Also while I was practicing I used this tutorial and I find I cant keep the threads intact with such a thin wall from the OD threads to the ID threads on the body of the pen.

Fine threads cut SO much easier - especially on PR materials. I was breaking every 4 or 5 sections at the threads using 10mm x 1 pitch threads - now I'm at 10mmx.75 and the difference is amazing. I just have to be careful not to turn the tenon too small or the threads won't take. :)
