Threaded boxes

Got couple more boxes done for the SWAT table decorations, "Applejack" and "Buckskin". While doing the Applejack one, I wasn't paying attention and overshot the female threads, so ended up making an insert. It did make lining up the pattern easier. it's 3" x 3 1/4", the Buckskin box is 3" x 2 1/4"

Love the grain patterns.
Never tried threading. Watched a couple videos and seems like hocus pocus to me getting the threads to match each pass.

Those are both very nice. If pressed in choosing, I like the buckskin best.

Very nice job. I love making these. I sold 4 of them a few weeks ago and have been in the process of replacing them. I have upcoming shows.
