Latest addition to the collection, finished and on it's way to it new owner, our friends from across the pond seem to like the Steampunk stuff.

Both cap and barrel are built around a heavy wall acrylic tube with a glass test tube on the side of the body and fitted with a Bock stainless nib. There is a section of perforated brass on the back of the pen giving a nice smooth section so that it rest nicely in the hand when writing. I do try to make them a useable pen.

I have again added a little detail to the box with a pressure gauge and vents with mesh in on the front to finish off the package.

As always thanks for looking. Until next time.

Very cool Simon!

I like the recent modifications. I suspect it is nice to have the custom boxes to apply a finishing touch to a masterpiece.

Be well!

Awesome "plumbing job" !!!!! . The pen and box are both extremely gorgeous !!!!

I am wondering why there are two sets of threads (of different size) where the section joins the body. . Are they both functional ?
I get the impression that the Acme threads are not.
