The Notebook

Not the movie!! Although similar and cheesy in design. I will be creating 2 fountain pens for my wife and I to write letters back and forth. I want to get a nice leather spiral bound notebook for the letters back and forth. Anyone have a suggestion on a good notebook for use with a fountain pen that is highly quality keepsake.
