The opportunity has arrived to start putting the shop together after our move. It'll be a slow work, but we'll get there. Today, wall is painted (that section) and Tablesaw has been put together and trued up. The unpainted area will be peg board with a tray. The outfeed table is 1/8" to low. This floor is not level here. So, I'll be making some adjustments after church tomorrow.

I wouldn't worry about the outfeed table being 1/8" low, that's about what mine is and it works well.
When I built the table 12 years ago I put adjustable feet on it. I just have not had to change them since then.

There is a propane heater for the shop/garage. From my understanding, no one has run it for over 15 years. So, we are going to have a guy come out and look it all over. Hoping it still works. The second pic is the propane tank for it.

clearly mark your cable runs , just in case additions are needed……

Also leave space for the coffee machine or vacuum flask area . NOT under the dust extractor or near hip eaxtractor bag unless you like the taste of wood dust in your coffee. I found insulated mugs ESSENTIAL in the workshop , just a suggestion….

Got the peg board up and tray up. This is taking longer than I assumed. Looking through boxes for the right tool or gadget takes up a lot of your time when it is all scattered. We also ran into town today to get that wall plug adaptor. I was just going to cover it up with the peg board... but my wife advised that I'd regret it. So, I decided to do it right if I was going to leave it open. Now, I've plugs AND a couple of USB charging ports.

(also... I now have a 7-foot clearance to the right if needed for cutting boards. In the last shop, I was practically up against the wall. I'm enjoying the extra room.

This front corner of the shop is just about complete. Just a few more touches here and there. I want to put a shelf above the table saw gadget stand for my push blocks, dado stacks, and maybe a battery charger.
