The Infinity Rollerball

I just picked these up at Exotic Blanks. They are the New Infinity Pen Sets in three different platings. I had a few blanks in the "My Blanks" stash and thought it was a good opportunity to turn some.

This is what I came up with. The Ti Gold and the Chrome sets are both some of my Washi Blanks (Japanese Paper clear cast) and the Black Ti is dressed with an Oak blank. All three have a Gluboost finish, wet sanded and buffed.

I like the "Infinity" character in the center band and finial. I think it gives the finished pens nice character and appearance without going over the top like sets some do. I'll have to try feathers on it next.

beautiful pens John! Nice work! The washi paper with the black background is a particular favorite of mine but the 2nd washi with blue/white is right behind it.

I got the email about these a few days ago and took a look. They look quite nice, basically a variation on the Jr. Gent from what I can tell. Will probably try one out before too long.
