The Classic Nib is moving forward.
Just wanted to give all an insight as to the direction that The Classic Nib is heading. In the next few months we hope to introduce our own line of component pens. We will start with a two barrel pen that will be a convertible (Could be bought as a fountain pen, a roller ball or both ). This line of pens will be called "Bella Penna" meaning beautiful pen in Italian this is a name that I have used for the last few years. Within the Bella Penna Line we hope to have 2-3 new pens introduced over the next year or so. We are going to price these as competitive as possible. In anticipation of this endeavor we have been in contact with our nib supplier Bock and are having them develop a nib logo for us.
As it will be too expensive to carry both the Bock Logo and the Bella Penna Logo we have decided that being the nibs are exactly the same to only carry one, this will be very much as Brian Grey has done with his JoWo nibs which carry his Edison logo and Lou Metcalf's Heritance nibs. We are working on the logo and have it pretty well nailed down, we should have the proofs next week and will share them with you. Bock will make two Stamps one for the 180 5MM nib and one for the 250 6MM nib, It will be ten to twelve weeks before I can expect the first samples from Bock. Wish us luck in this exciting new direction , we will continue to have all the other fine blanks, inks, papers, glues, finishing products etc. to offer you as well as our components. We thank each of you for your trust with the business you have given us.
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us via PM or e-mail

I'm by no streach of the imagination an artist but this is what we sent to BOCK to see if we could have this engraved on our new nibs as our logo and the reply was yes but a lot nicer:biggrin:.....
