I've ordered from Roy at The Classic Nib a few times, including a couple of times that I had some general questions. Not only have I been MORE than happy with the products and delivery times from The Classic Nib, but Roy has always been friendly and knowledgeable.
Their site is now a top bookmark for me, and a standard part of my fountain pen ordering process. Roy has made good customer service the norm, not the exception.
