That's it, I need to make me some snow men

Are these from a plan or are they purely free hand? I am sure they would help my rounding. I have struggled with that to the point I quit for a while.

Mine a free hand from my noggin. I just turn it til it looks right... to me.

just banged one out...freehand. I was practicing with a skew and had a catch. The freehand intent allowed me to just keep massaging it until I liked it.

I like to make a "spindle" of about 3 or 4 snowmen then cut them apart with the band saw. Worked good when the wife needed 10 for her little kid class at school!
