I ordered a few pen kits from Exotics, along with some blanks for a Christmas order. I got them in a few days with free bee, thank you. Realized I ordered chrome instead of sterling plate finish, shot them an email and got them in a couple days, too. Was offered return authorization on the chrome, but when service is that good, I just said thanks but no thanls, I'll make 'em and sell 'em sooner or later.
