I won a consolation prize from the BASH puzzle contest. A very nice assortment of blanks from Karl_99. Karl advised me in a very nice note that he included in the box that "One of the blanks (bottom of photo) is a walnut cribbing timber from the center pier of the New Berlin, PA covered bridge, circa 1878. It was unearthed in 2005." Very Cool!
I am anxious to try the blank at the top of the photo. I'm not sure what it is, other than very hard and very heavy. Should be interesting.
Thank you Karl for your generosity!
