Texas Bluebonnet Pen & Slimline

Finished up the Bluebonnet pen last night & the slimline this afternoon. Nice to have most of my tools moved over into my new tiny shop.

Nice job on both, but that bluebonnet pen has me thinking. We don't have bluebonnets here in CT but we do have ocean scenes. Wondering how some of my beach images would work on a nice Sierra.

No I can't take the credit on the casting job. PenBlankShop is the name of the Etsy shop that I got the bluebonnet blank from. The blank is not one of his regular blanks in his shop. But he does custom blanks by request. Somerville, TX...
May start thinking about trying out casting since I have retired...

They look great...not sure I have the name correct but slimline could be a Indian paintbrush. I think it has those colors and grows with the bluebonnets here.
