For some reason this pic only shows as a box with an x in it in the preview. it is within the size needed and shows up just fine in my album. any clues?

Filenames must contain alpha or numeric characters only. No spaces, punctuation or special characters. If you remove the space, you should have no problems. For further details see the Photo help FAQs on the upper left hand side of the home page.
