Hello Everett! My wife had an old set of teaspoons,forks and knives.The handles were wood and very old.I worked on them a few at a time until I got the whole set finished.I used corian because my Wife loves it and I have made other things for her kitchen out of the same material.I bascially did them like a pen.I took the old ones apart.Turned the new handles between centers.I had to cut a little off each item and then ground the metal down so I could drill a hole in the new handle.I then just used epoxy and glued the metal part into the new handle.It's really not hard at all.
