I'm giving thought to using on Civil War, Knights Armor or Celtic pen. They take a long thick blank...detail would stand out. 2-3 coats of thin CA ...EEE for a low gloss finish.

Celtic pen definitely for the top one but if you can't turn them for crying I am always ready to help out

The Phoenix Rising would be perfect for the top however it is a mother something to change refill.......not that I ever wrote with a pen I made.
