tax help

Hi guys, I needed some help on an issue regarding taxes with web stores. I live in NM and am trying to find out if I charge tax only on NM residents purchases or all the purchases.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We only charge tax to the customers who live in the state we reside in.

Is it right/wrong? Dunno, but it's what Amazon, and most of the large retailers I have purchased from do.
