I mistakenly glued up this blank to make a Tapa Traveler rollerball and after looking at it more closely I concluded its colors weren't a good match. Fortunately I had a TT fountain pen and the gold nib helped make it a better pairing. I like this new pen kit and look forward to making the two rollerballs I purchased.

By the way, are the multiple poses too much of a good thing? Thanks for your comments!

Love the photos. When I try to do photos like these, I end up with only part of the pen in focus. How do you have your camera set up for these? Thanks!

I like the multiple poses .... I can pick the pose that displays the features most interesting to me.

Love that pen ... another gonna hafta kit !!!

Multiple good poses don't bother me. I'm glad you switched from the black background; now I can see the margins of the pen.

Excellent pen, Steve.

I've been wondering when we'd be seeing something new from you. This one is a real beauty! Personally I like multiple poses. I want to see a pen from all "4" sides, zooms on the CB and cap/finial, open and closed poses, etc. This forum is, after all, for SHOWING OFF your pens!

Thank you all for the nice compliments and for letting me know that you enjoy the multiple poses. I use Helicon Focus that uses focus stacking. I take at least 3 photos focusing at the top, middle and bottom of the pen then Helicon Focus combines the areas that are in focus in each of the three photos to create one photo. Check it out here: Helicon Focus - Helicon Soft
