Saturday my father and I went to the DC Fountain Pen Super Show. It was amazing. I got to learn a ton and meet many people. I didn't realize what pen collecting entailed.
It was great to meet some of my fellow turners from the IAP and to hear stories and discuss different things! I look forward to seeing you all again sometime.
I got some new materials and saw many different pens and now my head is swimming in ideas. My ideas are far too advanced for my skill set/ the tools that I own at the moment but I can't wait to create, practice, completely screw up, and make even more.:laugh::laugh:
I hope that your experience at the show was as great as mine! and I'd love to hear your stories.
