Supplier of a laser engraved pen box

Hi All, I am in the process of making a full size Majestic Pen for a gift to someone in the USA, the pen will be sent to his family, and they will present it to him.
They have asked about a wooden box for it. I think it will be better if the family sources a box themselves over in the US.
Does anyone have any suggestions of where they could get something done ?
The guy is a retired US Navy Captain, so possibly his name and rank, and maybe a picture of his ship engraved on the lid.

Thanks for that Rod. I checked out the site, and I think the box they call the "High End Box" PKBOXHE1 would be the one they would choose, but it's not listed on the engraving page.
