Wow, a lot has happened with the IAP in the last 4-5 months. Here's my latest pen, which was made during the holidays (access to the lathe).

You bet Evan, I found this place is August. Good looking pen in a great selling kit. I think if you had to choose one spieces of wood to turn pens, and that's all you had, it would have to be cocobolo, great variety of color & grain and ease of turning and finishing. Anthony

Thanks for the comments everyone. Unfortunately, won't be back home to the lathe for a while...
I love the orange colour of cocobolo; too bad the colours don't show up on the photo.
Eaglesc - I used layers of CA, followed by MM and then Hut Bars, then crystal coat.

Great pen Evan! Cocobolo is one of my favorites. You can't beat the variations in color and grain patterns.
