this might be headed for the marketing forum, but here goes. Has anyone had any success making the stylus pens and then selling them? I have had several requests for them and just ordered a bunch for trial. Sounds like I made up my mind already, huh?

Stylus pens sell OK. They don't fly off the table, but they do sell. We have better luck with stylus dongles and single-purpose styluses.

Have not tried the stylus pen but the stylus item does sell in the group of slimline pens. The sales ratio is about 3 pens to 2 stylus.

I prefer the stand alone stylus and dongles as Steve said, so that's what I make. I have only made one pen with the stylus end.
It seems like it would be easy enough to provide them as an "add on" to existing inventory simply by taking a hammer and punch (along with a clamp) to replace the end cap with the stylus tip. Let them pick the pen they like and you can convert it for an additional cost. I will sometimes do that with specialty clips.

Good Idea! Provides a little more flexibility in inventory.
