I have to go back to school thanks ?[}] to the pen jbyrd24 sent me.

Most of the time i cant read my own writing.
Bryan's pen was so smooth writing (rollerball) that it was a shame i couldnt read what i just wrote.

So here i am back in school learning how to write....

Here are some original turn of the century penmanship books online. Fantastic examples of how penmanship was taught before the days of the ballpoint pen and in some cased the lessons are done with dip pens as examples.. but the best part is that they all go into hand placement, angle and a lot of muscle memory lessons to help it all become second nature... this is the way I was taught script (cursive) in parochial school in the early 50's..

Wow, Tom thank you. Those are fantastic! I remember at least parts of what I looked through at a cursory glance this morning from my own instructional cursive writing in elementary school (from the early 70s)... taught by an elderly lady who was quite a perfectionist. [] lol
