Straw Pen

Made this one today out of the same straw blanks I am selling. This is my first pen with the tubes Powder Coated. The color is blue-- it really doesn't jump out and grab you but it is different. The big thing I do like -- the CA did not have any bad affect on the paint.

I am undecided. Looks like MDF and the blue doesn't match at all. Great looking kit though. Maybe black or brown for a tube color? The fact that it is hay does make for a great story.

I do like the straw idea. I'm heading back to North Dakota for a vacation. I have many friends and relatives that farm back there and I would love to make some of these to go along with the corn cob pens I've made. How could I order some blanks from you?
