My wife and I attended the Mid Atlantic wood turning symposium and watched Kimberly Winkle demo turning and painting a stool with milk paint. I decided to make some as birthday presents for our grandchildren although I was worried that two year olds may be too young to enjoy the stools. We gave stools to Aaliyah and Aaron last night. They instantly knew what the stools were for and wanted to sit on them. Later, little Aaron used his stool to get into trouble by dragging it to the kitchen and trying to climb on the kitchen counter. We will give a third stool to our other granddaughter Kirby in a few days (also 2).

Excellent job on both the turning and giving them the signature Winkle treatment !!
I really like that you followed the "Stool
Legs don't have to match" method!

And the kids are cuteā€¦Stool modelsšŸ˜
