Do any of the Steam Punk pens come in a fountain pen version. I have a customer who wants a fountain pen version.

No, the steampunk pen kit comes only as a ballpoint.

You can, of course, buy a variety of hand-made blanks from various people who call these blanks "steampunk blanks", and you can buy them to fit various pen kits. So it would be possible in this way to make a "steampunk fountain pen".
But you can't get there by buying a "PSI steampunk pen kit".
