Steam Punk and Afzelia Burl

I wanted to try this kit and I must say - it is really interesting. The Afzelia Burl has so much red color that it works well with the copper. IMHO

I segmented both Copper and Aluminum. Can't really see the copper so next time I will probably do 3 layers (copper-aluminum-copper). As always - comments and critiques welcomed.

Yes the afzelia burl goes nicely with kit. I like it :good:
I bought this same kit weeks ago from Penn State and the tip end was damaged. emailed them and they sent me the wrong finish tip end replacement. emailed them again and still have not heard back from them. I have the blank already to go but no parts
Anyway great looking pen.
