Statesman of Steel

Here is a Statesman with black titanium and rhodium hardware wrapped in M3 Demascus Steel. This is the first time that I turned an M3 blank and I like how it turned out.

Karl looks great, no issues with the M3? what did you use to finish? I've wanted to try one just havn't convinced myself to drop the $ on such a pricey blank.

Thanks. I was nervous drilling this one! It is powdery, but turns like butter. The blank came from Exotic Blanks and included some special polishes. It was easy to finish.

Maybe try a different background? The red makes the components look like copper.
The workmanship on the pen looks great! What I imagine it looks like color-wise is really cool too!
