STARRETT Micrometer for sale

This is a NOS(NEW, old stock) micrometer I bought at a local machine shop auction. It was part of a lot and since I already have two 0-1" mics I'm selling it.


This thing is virtually brand new, it's been sitting on a shelf for 20 years and has never been used.

You won't regret it! If you hadn't already sent the PM, I would have. I have a somewhat cheaper brand, but those things are great. They have (as you know) much finer precision than calipers but somewhat overkill for wood.

This will be my second 0-1" so I don't really need it but it's a Starrett and I have a 12x36 Precision Matthews metal lathe coming in next week so I thought it would be a good match.
