Recently I switched my stainless steel bottle stoppers to, you guessed it, Stainless Bottle Stoppers. I had some issues with another vendor after the company sold, so I investigated and switched to Stainless. Needless to say the conversion from one to the other went much smoother than I anticipated. The customer service from Stainless is right on and I get a personal note each order from Dan (not sure what his job title is). I recently placed an order for some things I needed right away and Dan got back to me and said, "Hey, you missed the new products at Portland so how about I send them free of charge to you on this order". I was ecstatic and obviously told him by all means send me a sample. I'll present these to my customers and see what they think. So I started thinking about his offer. Stainless is the first company to ever offer me a "free sample" to test the product. This is something I do with all my bigger customers and it seems to pay off 99% of the time in my favor in the end. So a big THANK YOU to the crew at Stainless Bottle Stoppers and to Dan who offers great customer service and followup.
