Hey Dave it wasnt difficult at all (well a bit more difficult than standard materials, but not bad). I use carbide and just make sure they are sharp. Some small bubbles that needed to be filled but you cant even tell they are there. hope that helps

The Blank is Outstanding, the details of the Banksia seed Pod are so Pronounced.
