My first market show at Market Square is on May 6th... first Saturday and then every Saturday until Thanksgiving... first batch of pepper mills ...
Spalted Pecan, Spectraply Autumn, Spectraply Coffee, Spectraply Nutmeg, Spectraply Land and sea,
Black Walnut, Spalted Silver Maple, Wild Cherry, Wild Cherry and Black Walnut.

The last one looks a little top heavy, so may take it back and cut the top a bit smaller.
all are about 9 to 10 inches tall, except for the two cranks, they are 6 inches.
all finished with two coats of sanding sealer and three coats of wipe on poly..

Nice looking mills Chuck. I agree on the last one being a bit top heavy. It sort of overshadows the body.
This Winter seems to be quickly passing. Maybe because it's been so mild. Hope the show season does well for you.

I took it back to the shop and reduced the head some... looks better now.

Plus finished up a couple of other mixed woods types...these are 9 and 8 inches tall.

Winter came back last night...we woke to a very light sprinkling of snow on the backyard smoker and a little patch on the back deck and along the split rail fence out front... sun's out and as it warms up, that will be gone.
