Ya spoted me Chris! I'm at the top of the ridge in center frame. The lump on the cornus is a rock, avalanche season this time of year, you walk that you die!

Sorry Derek That rock is bigger then my house. Look a bit lower, too me this one looks more like a man on a sled that the dot Chris identified correctly.

Rule 1 in mountain ridding stay near your pard.
Rule 2 one sled on a slope at a time.

LOL That would be my wife Tracy. She shattered several personal records on this ride. Her trail sled wouldn't do the trick for the climb into "April Bowl" so she borrowed a freinds 800 Renegade. April bowl is one of the smaller climbs John and I do on our rounds but the view is spectacular! Tracy used a telephoto lens and got pics of us weaving up and through the mountains in the distance back to her location on the lip of April bowl.

The veiw from where John and I droped off to do our loop. I just noticed that if you combine this and the pic above it forms a good panorama of our loop and the south side of the pass.

April bowl is separated from the main bench of the mountains by a deep gully. This is the bump back up to where you can see mountains in the distance.

Anyone else thinking about making a 'wrap' out of this and putting it on a Sierra tube, casting in clear PR and then turning it?
