They have them at Hobby Lobby in packs of 10 or 12 I think. I got some a while back. They come in different diameters also.

Most hardware stores carry 'screw eyes' that are functionally equivalent to the item shown in the picture - only just not as pretty.

PSI calls it an eye cap in there instructions.
