Hello, does anyone know where I might be able to order 50-100 pen clips fashioned to appear like a couple of cherries?

No; There are companies that have "novelty" clips. Penn State Industries comes to mind.

Pen component manufacturers are not interested in making small runs of specialty clips.
Minimum order quantities are likely to be over 1000 at a time.
