Spartan Kids

To say I'm a proud grandpa is putting it mildly They had a Spartan Race in Eden, UT on 13 August and had a Spartan Kids as well. No, I did not enter the Spartan, but my two grandkids entered the Spartan Kids race. Dayton is 11 and Lexie is 10. Both are very athletic. Dayton finished 6th and Lexie finished 20th in a field of 284 kids. Not bad:biggrin:

I decided to celebrate their participation by making some pens. Marko50 cast some blanks from some designs I gave him and they turned out great, as usual (thanks, Mark). I paired them with chrome Zen kits to go with the streampunk look of the blanks.

I'll surprise them with the pens this weekend.

Thanks, everyone! The kids did a fantastic job. They don't spend much time indoors playing video games

They're already planning their training for next year's race.
