I rarely post photos of my own work but I happen to like this one. This one is made using one of my own stabilized spalted maple blanks and a gunmetal baron. I particularly like the bit of crossgrain in this one. No finish, only used micromesh.
Thank you. It's too bad the spalting was not as much on the inside as it appeared to be but the crossgrain makes up for it.
I prefer the feel of the CJ as well over other stabilized woods I've used in the past.
