Spalted Maple on Executive

I bought some Spalted maple from @exoticwo a few weeks back. This is the first pen turned from that batch. Beyond happy with the results.

Wow, that is beautiful grain and nice spalting. Usually the spalting is in thin lines.

Wow I saw this pen and thought the similarities were eerie... I made a spalted maple executive just a few months ago that looks almost identical!
