We are taking note. I have plans to head into town and fill the gas cans and pick up extra water tomorrow.

Wouldn't you know it, I'm leaving tomorrow for Tampa/St.Pete/Clearwater to move Mom and Dad Hope I can have everything loaded by Saturday so we can get out on Sunday and stay ahead of the storm.

Its no fun being in the Bulls Eye, but its 5 days away. We are keeping our fingers crossed. Ive been through Andrew, Charlie, and Wilma. Its the price we pay for living in paradise.

Mike,
Thanks for the reminder. Should be an exciting time, although I'm not looking forward to any of it. I have to hoard some Cuban coffee so I can deal with the media craze.

hmmm I will have to check the coffee supply it may be the one thing Im short of. Usually the day of the storm is really boring. In the past two hurricane we were boarded up and setting in the dark. This time i have impact windows and should be able to watch it. If it even shows up.

Warm Beer yech...... get one of those small 34 in tall fridges and do both.

True, since Chuck down graded his lathe from the 9 x 20 he could probably run both.
I do have said fridge, but do not have said generator. Looks like roughing it is what it will take for a certain person will understand its importance. But, Isaacs not here yet either.

Chuck are we up from our afternoon nap?
I was laying down, and got a cramp in my foot :biggrin: So, I thought I would check on a couple of threads. This one, and the one that teaches me to comment in more depth on pens. The cramp is gone now :biggrin::tongue:
