i prepared about 50 Slims with the larger centre band,a dull brown one marked SAM Burl. Well I searched my memory bank (had the blank forever). Then Revelation number 44 this ugly duckling turned before my very eyes just now into this georgeous pen,Striking patterns all over.

Yep, It certainly is a beautiful piece of wood Peter. I've noticed you ozzies are turning a bit more these days but then realised that of course the lower half of our big rock is going into summer while us in the top side are starting to feel the winter chills. They've promised us some snow recently too.
