Sorby Spiralling and Texture Tool?

I'm wondering if anybody here has tried the Sorby ($$ouch$$) Texture and Spiralling Tool on pen blanks. If so, your input would be appreciated.

I beleive Ed Davidson (Yoyospin) did some cigar pens with it. He posted some spiral pens not too long ago. I think that is the tool he used to make them.

Ed did some and they really looked fantastic. Search under the "spiral" in the "Show off your Pens" forum in the last 3 or 4 months. He described how to do it and the exact tool he used. He even had me drooling over the tool and wishing I had one.[]

Ahaaaa! "Drooling" over a tool!! Now that's "IAP talk" if I ever heard it.
