My first thought was animal cruelty painting a cow like a tiger. Then on second thought that might keep the coyotes away long enough so it would make it to my table!!!!

Looks like a recreation of the "Tiger King". Joe Exotic said several times he was a redneck and not to start any arguments I consider myself a redneck BUT not comparing myself to the Tiger King Bunch. Anyway back to my point. The picture brings in another level of the term Redneck.
