Ive just got back from a 3 miles walk with Roxy ( 5 year old rescued border collie) an discovered she loves snow. Our last one did but she absolutely loved it , that and chasing squirrels.
Shes on one settee and I'm in a recliner typing as we thaw out after tea. Only 1C but felt soo damn cold and wind today was mild compared to yesterday's 70mph gusts

She never lived in snow, but we had an Alaskan Husky when we lived in Tucson... she would knock you down getting to an ice cube if you dropped it on the floor.
