Somebody makes a replacement for Cigar pen??

Can't remember who makes The Black Titanium replacement piece for the Cigar pens that replaces the Black enamel Band.

Can somebody point me to it?

I know that and thanks have a few of them.

But the lower band on cap is still black enamel was looking for the Black Titanium replacement one.
