Some pens from my SB pool wins

Here are my first pens of 2016. I used a cocobolo blank I got from kevrob and a FBE blank I got from Brian G.

The FBE pen was for a customer traveling to China. She wanted to present her hosts with a gift and ordered this pen from me.

The cocobolo pen was ordered from my local Chamber of Commerce to be presented as a retirement gift. This pen was my first attempt at a BLO/CA finish. I finally got some plastic bushings so I don't have to worry about gluing my blanks to my mandrel.

Very nice pens! What style is the one made with cocobolo? It looks very good with that color pen finish!

Uses 27/64th drill.
