about twenty years ago I purchase a bunch of amboyna burl and cut into pen blanks so if you need some amboyna burl let me know. This burl is from Cambodia and Thailand and is about 30% more dense than the burl from Indonesia. I have many grades, all heartwood, some rare two tone blanks with sapwood. Group D: minimum 3/4 square the bigger are 7/8 by 5 some have a corner missing so better suited for shorter kits. Nice two tone, there can be some small cracks in the sapwood which is common and easy to fill with some CA. $24
